Sampling /Development

Knitting

We have our knitting machines setup for fabric production, It is furnished be the world renowned knitting machines manufacturers from USA, Italy and Korea.

Dyeing Unit

Bomroq is a vertically integrated composite textile unit, manufacturing cotton yarn, fabric and garments. Bomroq Group is one of the Lead Players in the Textile Composite sector of Pakistan. 

Cutting section 

Cutting section is one of the most important section for manufacturing garments in clothing factories. There is a process which we strictly follow in the cutting section in order to send the right parts to the next process and ensure the production of quality garments. Garments parts are cut according to the pattern.

Embroidery unit

We have embroidery facilities to meet customers specifications.

Contemporary embroidery is stitched with a computerized embroidery machine using patterns digitized with embroidery software. Machine embroidery is used to add logos and monograms and can give your garment that special look!

A special Flat lock sewing machine is used to sew flat lock seams. The machine fuses 2 edges of material together creating a smooth, flat seam.

Flat lock seam garments are similar to seamless garments and are therefore extremely comfortable to wear during active Sportswear, giving the customer the best possible experience. Bomroq is 100% export oriented composite knit garments factory. mainly oriented towards Manufacturing & exporting knit garments product.

Printing unit

We have printing facilities to meet customers specifications. We have planned near future to setup advance printing technology with auto printing machines and fast techniques to print products which will be helpful to reduce our business lead time process.

Stitching Unit 

Our sewing workshop is divided into a knitting and weaving department to allow us to manufacture a broad range of goods. With each department having separate management as well as quality control staff, we can ensure the highest quality. To optimize processes we strongly believe in the 5 methodology to keep us as efficient as possible.

Threading Unit

 After stitching the products we have process of threading to make finish garment, for this purpose we using auto trims as well as manual thread trimming as per quality requirements. We have threading capacity around 600,000 Pcs /month

Press / Iron Unit

Press is essential process to finish the garment, we have capacity around 600,000 Pcs /month

Packing Unit

Packing is the last process before ship the garment, we have well trained packing team to meet the customer requirements. we have capacity more than 600,000 Pcs /month.
